Next day after checking out from this hotel i started having itchy skin all over my body. I went to dr and it turns out i have scabies. The hotel was not fully clean they don’t bring clean fresh towel everyday.

Fun stay and nice rooms.

There is just way too much going on with no addition to convenience. Not too walkable to store outlets that sell basic things like water bottles. I did not have one single enjoyable interaction with any employee. It felt “clicky” and because I did not work there, I felt alienated and unwelcome and that is the last feeling I want to have from a hotel. First bad experience with a best western property, and I use best westerns 9 times a year.

The AC worked SO well, which was a lifesaver because Phoenix heat is brutal. The room also had way more stuff than I expected: nice soaps, towels, a speaker, full-sized fridge, microwave, blow dryer, and real cups instead of those tiny plastic ones. Little details, but they definitely made the stay more comfortable. There was an event going on while I was there, but I was attending it anyway so it didn’t bother me. I did appreciate that the hotel gives guests a heads-up about noise and events ahead of time. A couple small downsides: I wish there had been an extra blanket in the room, and parking is limited plus there’s a $15 parking fee. Also, the restaurant/bar was closed during my stay, so just keep that in mind if you’re planning on eating or drinking on-site. Overall though, really clean, affordable, stylish spot in a great area. I’d definitely stay here again. 9/10.

The room was so cute! I loved the decor. The hotel has some interesting rules about no outside alcohol. The bar outside was not in function while we were there and we were not planning on drinking- but it’s helpful to know. The bathroom is on the smaller side and has no fan, but there’s an area to put on makeup and fix hair in the room. The mattress is on the firmer side. The air conditioner is cold. All and all, I’d gladly stay here again.

There was food from the guest before me still in the fridge, which isn’t a huge deal things happen, but the drain in my bathroom sink smelled horrendous everytime I turned the water on. There was also hair in the shower from the previous guest. Bed was comfy and it’s walking to distance to a lot of downtown Phoenix, and check in and out was easy. Staff was nice.

Beware they throw very loud parties on the weekends. HOWEVER, they cut the music right at 10pm and clear the area immediately. We got back from dinner dreading how loud the party was, but right at 10pm we heard not a peep. It was impressive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property itself has a very fun retro vibe with great little details in each room. Also, highly recommend the restaurant. Each dish was better than the last.

Excellent I will stay again in August

Fun hotel.

Checked - in to room that was not clean, found three bugs in the room , the bathroom sink was leaking, the shower spray on the bathroom floor, the tiles in the room were lifting , The hotel was supposed to have a coffee service with pastries, but the oven was broken. I can’t recommend staying here and I would never say again.

Great place with a fun atmosphere. Comfy bed!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the parking signs- a small touch that makes you smile 🙂

Price was decent, there were some local restaurants and bars near by.. the rooms were clean and the decor was retro with some nostalgia.. if this review were based on looks, 5 stars all the way, but it’s not
