Literally right next to the van buren
-
Real solid updated room with a vibe. Probably the best value in terms of hotel in downtown Phoenix.
-
It was all one area so not having to worry about driving around to find your room! Nothing everything was accessible!
-
Very good

Clean comfy and a great location for our stay?? This is really not a complaint but it is a bit noisy from the venue across the street till about midnight but not a big deal if you are aware of it before hand. The air conditioner is great white noise to mask it.
-
The main issue is the location. It is downtown so convenient to venues there. But it is noisy, looks very unsafe and rundown. If you look closely at the reviews, seems like the raves are written by the same persons. I will not go back to this hotel.

Nice room amd the staff was friendly the only complaint is the room was very dark
-

Great affordable place to stay if your downtown for the night..active on Friday nights..but no problems..
-
It’s a neat concept with renovated, spacious rooms. The property is an old drive-in motel with limited amenities. The neighborhood would likely feel unsafe to single women travelers, especially in the evenings.

Staff great I come back again

The room with 2 queens was clean and attractive. The air conditioning did very well in 107 F heat. There’s a lovel outdoor space with tables and umbrells. Parking was barely enough. A couple of times we got the last space. Also, the caulking in the bathroom was stained and unsightly. Some people might be bothered by the neighborhood, but those people should just go get a Marriott. The Downtown Phoenix was a very good value.
-
The location is great given the price and that anything closer to downtown would be much more expensive. Check in and check out was very easy and smooth, no problems at all. Only thing I can say is the AC is quite loud, but it's definitely a need in Phoenix and it did work very well.

The room was nice and the staff was very polite and professional.
