We had no water or ice, the breakfast in the morning was very terrible. All there was , yogurt, pancakes, cut up fruit, coffee was horrible. Sorry to say, I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid.

Good stay, felt safe, most everything is walking distance...the water/ice dispenser was not working on the 3rd floor.

This place was perfect. Location was great! We went for a concert and loved how close it was to stores and the venue. Breakfast was delicious, the restaurant served a delicious dinner… Already booked again for another show in 2 weeks.

We have stayed in this property before, it’s always great, especially if you’re attending an event downtown. This time their computer system was down nationwide, so we were unable to check in, which caused us to miss one event and almost be late to another. But I must say the staff did the very, very best they could to accommodate us and get us in a room as quickly as possible. Also provided an incentive for our inconvenience. Great customer service and we will definitely stay there again!!

No pool, parking was horrible, no free parking when you stay there !

Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast but was fresh, room was fresh and clean, staff very friendly and assisted if one had a question! Parking either Valet or parking garage down a couple blocks, but all have additional charges.
