Walked in the room and didn’t stay. The place was truthfully a dump. You could smell poop in the walkway. I’ve never seen any lodges hotels motels inns or anything so poorly kept

There were roaches crawling all over the room. Under the AC unit, in the shower, on the walls. My family and i left after walking in that room.

Nothing Everything. The first room was disguising - it was almost like she knew cause she said “imma call in about 10-15 mins to make sure the room is clean and good to go” so yeah got moved to another one and it was better but still very dirty and nasty. I cannot believe they have people staying there with kids. I will never again. NEVER. AND to add on. After moving rooms in no ac in my car upstairs twice alone with a one year old. I went to wash my hands after getting him down to bed and there was no soap towels nothing. Lmao even the disgusting room had those. I didn’t even think about looking when i checked the room cause it was still really bad. And i just focused on keep my son busy and not on the floor.

My room had roaches! And no tv. And no trash cans. The counters were stained or burnt and the fridge and stove were dirty.

It was well ventilated and clean. The system at the front desk wasn't working so I was unallowed t9 check in and had to find another hotel some where else. And I wasn't able to cancel this booking.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone rude customer service they lied to me had me waiting outside the front desk that there was a manager on his way to the hotel waited about an hour and a half for nothing and when I called back they said that there wasn’t nothing they could do for me at the moment and on top of thiat they charged me for $75 dollars for not checking in ….

The room doesn’t have basic needs like trash bin, napkins or hand towels, bath mat etc.. the carpet and the floor are very dirty. The kitchen is useless

The quik trip across the street! The room had stains on the floor. Counters .tub and sinks. There was a couple pairs of dirty socks in the chair which tells me the room was not properly cleaned. The blankets on the beds had black stains on them. The woman that worked the night shift was rude. first time visiting Phoenix from Illinois and this place was horrible!! I checked in the 8th and checked out the 9th my children deserved better than that. I just want my refund I will never ever come back to this location! I checked in the extended stay biltmore and it was 10 times better and cleaner. livable for a whole week I highly recommend that one it's on 16th Street.
