Except for the pool the place was great.
-
I would have like having an ice machine on all the floors.
-
This hotel was clean and served its purpose near the PHX airport, it had a shuttle to the airport and was on time. I would use it again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Let’s start off with the $250 deposit? That itself was not worth what the hotel was , all the elevators were out of service but one. Second?! I got hit with a $561 fee without any notice, it’s sickening because people DO NOT just have money like that to throw around. I went to the front desk to speak with the manager and was handed a paper and told she will not be here today, so of course I try calling and nothing. They stated due to “smoking” which is crazy because neither one of us smoke. It was so bs. It was my birthday weekend , I wanted to try out a new hotel so I went with this one. The parking fee too?! That parking lot was so nasty and sketchy. DO NOT get a room here.

Rooms are spacious

Was it happy with the place at all? They accused me of smoking in their room and I don't smoke. I have not smoked in over 10 years. I have severe COPD. And they charged me $300, and I'm not happy about it. They said it was because I lit a candle. I had no idea I was not allowed to do that. I've been staying, there's many, many years and I have never been told I was not allowed to light a candle.

This was a nice place to stay in a pinch, really helped put my wife at ease before a big international trip

Keep prices low please. Nice place for the money!

There was a tree outside covered with large roaches, the room had a bad odor, and the key cards rarely worked. The bathtub also drained very poorly, causing water to back up every time it was used. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager, Danielle Sonn. I waited over an hour with my husband and children, but she never came out because she was supposedly “too busy.” I was told to come back later, so I returned two hours afterward, only to be told again that she was too busy and that I should send an email instead. I emailed as instructed and never received a response. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Poor customer service, lack of communication, and unacceptable room conditions made for a terrible stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean and secure. It was all good.

I like the pool and the location of our room to the pool. The shuttle to the airport was smooth and timely. The floor plan of the room was really cool as well. They nickel and dimed toooo much. $20 for a breakfast buffet that was awful. The free continentals at most other hotels are waaay better tasting. For $20, I expected a delicious hot breakfast. Then to pay $15/day for parking? Insanity.

The rooms were extremely dark with limited light may be due to room layout.
-
The elevators still hadn't been fixed since we were there the week before.
-
Nice rooms, clean, nice patio and pool areas. Only 2 negatives. They charge extra $15 per night for parking in their large surface parking lot. This is not well advertised until you arrive and see the signs. Also, the breakfast is rather pricey for what they offer. Suggest you skip it and go to one of the many local breakfst places. Otherwise, it was a 5-starr experience.

Nice place has transportation for the airport

The elevator was out-very inconvenient. One was still working but it was a huge hotel to navigate. I did not feel super safe there as a solo traveling female. Since I arrived late at night, I went out to grab some food and the surrounding area was a little sketchy. I did not realize you had to pay for parking. I would have put that extra money towards a better hotel. Staff was super nice.
