The room was exceptionally clean, everything looked new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking for my full-sized truck. The breakfast was good.

Our room was clean upon checking in, the bathroom was well stocked, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable checking us in and answering any questions we had. The breakfast staff was very kind. The bar tender was very personable, kind, and helped us enjoy our night. The catfish dinner was magnificent. The portion was well worth the money. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable.

Great place to stay if you are leaving on a early am flight!

Airport pickup lengthy. We we first to be picked up. Subsequent large group blocked our exit from the van. Dining room advertised as open til 10. Upon arrival found out closed at 9. We booked at your location expecting to dine upon arrival. Expected self serve breakfast. We had to order orange juices due to your limitation of one glass each. Pull shades in room stuck. Could not close. FOX not available for World Cup.

Clean, quiet and close to the airport. The 24 hour shuttle cones in handy when you have a 5am flight too!

Everything was good and place was also quiet area.

Traveled here with my two kids for a couple days. The room was clean and smelled clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it’s small but the hotel was slower so we had it to our selves both days. The breakfast is good that they offer and it was nice having access to the restaurant and bar for dinner. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that you could hear the people upstairs stomping around. Wasn’t too bad tho. I Would come here again

Very good

They have a 24-hour shuttle. We were diverted to Phoenix; they had plenty of rooms available. The shuttle was prompt; they gave clear directions on how to get to the courtesy pickup since we had never been in that airport. The staff was helpful and had little amenity kits for us since we didn't have our luggage.

Check in was easy, customer service was excellent. Employees were friendly and courteous.

Check-in clerk personable n cordial. Room was larger than I expected. A microwave and fridge was a plus. Dinner menu had a nice variety and the prices were comparable to regular restaurants. The room rate was fantastic! Biggest plus was the shuttle to airport and driver was helpful and respectable. Extremely pleased with the whole experience, thank you, Holiday Inn Phoenix Sky Harbor. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Mahalo

The breakfast was excellent I was there only for the night, so I do not have anything that sticks out as negative.
