My stay at American Extended Stay was honestly pretty disappointing. The room was dirty as soon as I walked in—the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the space. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and hard to relax. Cleanliness is the bare minimum for any hotel, and this place definitely fell short. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their maintenance and housekeeping.

Property is a bit run down and there are sketchy people around. Staff is very friendly however. Room was ok - clean but no amenities really and old mattress. Air conditioning worked ok. Parking is free.

I would stay here again.

This place was disgusting dirty and scary to even stay one night at! We took one look at the room and looked for a different motel and left. There was dog hair food and bugs all over the room.
-
No dishes or utensils in room even requested. Water been stop several time because other room has water leaking.

We paid for a night and walked in and right back out! The smell, the look, the insecurity we felt! Also front desk, unexistent. We did late check in nobody could help us.. just terrible experience overall

Ok, this is not really a hotel for vacations, it felt more like temporary housing weekly rental. The area was quiet, close to the freeway, sort of industrial but not in a bad way. But the hotel right away gave off weird vibes. “Guests”, residents, hanging out in the lobby and parking lot. The room was relatively clean, but the whole place had sort of a worn, grimy feel. Odd smells. Went out for a while, passed through the lobby, same people hanging out. Came back later, same people, still there enjoying the common space. The kicker was that later that night staff notified everyone that the water would be off for the rest of the night until sometime the next morning. No water. No faucets. No showers. Empty toilets. Sorry guys. Something had happened earlier, a fire alarm maybe, police were involved. Super inconvenient and off putting. The next day no shower or clean up, just packed up and left. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was fun. The breakfast though wasn’t a buffet

The hotel was dirty. In our first room, the refrigerator was dented. The mattress on the pull out couch didnt fit the frame. There were dirty fingerprints everywhere. There were no clean sheets and there was no on/off switch on the AC. (The thermostat on the wall had been broken off by a previous guest.) The floor hadn't been swept. Breakfast consisted of fruit bars and oatmeal. However, there were no spoons for said oatmeal. Apparently our first room (Room 133) had a leak from the above room, which came down to our room. It was fixed but the room was left in dire shape and not cleaned up. It shouldn't have been made open to a guest. They relocated my family to the room next door which was a little better. The front desk staff stated that they would credit us for the first night. When you ask for clean towels, housekeeping gives an attitude. Apparently, the staff live at the hotel. Many folks with dogs live at the hotel as well. I had a homeless person tell me that the hotel was below their standards. It's not a family establishment. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament that we decided to go to at the last minute. This is a shithole hotel. Don't wait to book last minute. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

The property is sketchy, dirty, and unsafe. My family and I could smell weed throughout the hallways, weirdos walking around outside that we could hear throughout the night, loud people in the halls throughout the night, the ac was loud, and the room was very outdated. The couch bed cover was dirty, bathroom was tiny outdated and ugly, and the breakfast was not worth even calling it a breakfast. Who runs this place? I'm surprised Expedia would even have it on their website. I would rather sleep in my car than pay to stay here again!!!!!

Eddie at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. He's very professional and responsive. The room size was great for my family the room was clean and up to my expectations. I have an animal allergy, it did have a slight smell of animal urine however I didn't have an bad reactions. Slight animal urine smell.

Room was dated and not very clean. Breakfast was poor.
-
Carpet inside the rooms
-
Fan and refrigerator noise was just too much.. site was under water damage construction. No breakfast as listed.

Hotel is aged with stained furniture and broken doors and fixtures.

It was by far the worst hotel room we've had. It was dirty, had stains everywhere, had a hole in the mattress, and had a foul smell in the room and hallways. Amenities they said were included WERE NOT! No pillows available for the pull out bed, no hair dryer. When we asked, they said others were asking where hair dryers were too, but couldn't produce any. No breakfast like told us at check in. Had one little basket at the check in desk when they said the adjoining room would have a cereal bar, muffins, etc. There was mold and hair in the shower. The sink backed up. There were dirty streaks on the walls. There was a sticky film on everything. Super gross! Understaffed! Unmaintained! They have just tried to paint over imperfections but they show. Go somewhere else! You'd be better off sleeping in the car.
