Western Lodge Phoenix Airport/Downtown

Not much to like They gave me a room that was dirty that has not been cleaned and then moved me to a room with no working television and didn’t help me to resolve the issue

Stains on towels, cockroach in the shower. Stain on the wall. The floor was so dirty my socks were black.

Good price and staff super friendly

Location. Not much else. No closet. Cheap table and mismatched folding chairs. Very small sink with no place to put toiletries. Not even a place to hang your towel for your shower. Not enough outlets. Had to move the bed to get to an outlet. Cheap wall mounted light with a bare bulb that was ready to fall off the wall.

Close to airport Loud, ineffective air conditioning, tacky bedding, lukewarm shower, noisy neighbors kept us up until 12:30 am

The customer service was exceptional. I would recommend staying here It’s a clean room parking right by the rooms

Close to the airport from a late flight in. It was dirty, HARD bed and not at all an 8 I don’t know how they got that rating as usually an 8 is great, but NOT this one SO disappointing!

Nice motel Nice

The tv worked and there were two bottles of water left in the room for me. No hot water in the shower and broken baseboards and items in the room. Sheets were uncomfortable and overall appearance was unclean and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Stopover quick and easy

Good option for a quick overnight stay, say when your flight gets cancelled! The room is basic, spartan and a little shoddy, trim broken in places, missing some comforts like coffee, tea, maker.

Close to the airport Bathroom need a deep cleaning and it was cold and no blanket just a sheet and light bedspread

Very convenient location from Airport. Easy Skyline, then rail bus, and 5 minute walk. Clean and quiet

This hotel was clean, safe and close to the airport. Reviews were poor and unfair-this is not the newest hotel but for the price and convenience it met our needs. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating too.

Needed a total remodel. New carpet, new towels, new tub, new bed, etc. Had to close bathroom door to turn on the bathroom light. Not in a safe neighborhood. No food within walking distance.

Everything sucked

The room made me feel like I had to sleep with the lights on and keep all my belongings on the bed with me. The bed/pillows reeked like cigarettes. I couldn't put my head on the pillows for the smell.
