Motel 6 Raleigh, NC – Downtown South

Perfect all around compared to other hotels in the area that are cheap, no complaints booking again.

Sketchy people in the parking lot I stayed with my husband and we both did not feel that safe. I would not stay there as a single female

For the most part you get what you pay for. No issues no complaints

It was clean on the outside My kids brought me my work boots and I was told they couldn’t be there.

Heat and air were adequate we were very satisfied that we were staying at a safe economic choice and it was quite easy to get in and out of

Smoke smell in room which was marked non-smoking

The room was clean. There was a sign posted that they was remodeling the rooms. It was kinda bad. The craziest part was the desk clerk said it was a non smoking room. However an ash tray was in the room and the mattress smelled of old cigarette smoke. Outside of that it was quiet and comfortable.

A fine place to crash for the night but you get what you pay for. The rooms were not at all insulated and my neighbors were playing loud music until 3am. The bedspread was stained and had no top sheet (just a fitted sheet and fleece blanket+topper). Room smelled of cigarettes as well. Otherwise fine, easy check-in/out.

I did not stay. I left. I did not feel safe in the area. Especially the room that had a sliding door that opened to the roof of the lobby. It was unlocked when I entered the room.

There was a bed and a shower The entire room was disgusting, very limited lighting, no shampoo, dirty towels and bed linens. There were pubes everywhere all over the bed and towels, floors weren’t cleaned and there were roaches everywhere. There was also screaming all throughout the night, and homeless people and drug dealers all around the area. I don’t recommend staying here. Wife and I left early because it was disgusting and dangerous around the area.

Absolutely nothing. Unsafe. Roaches in the room Super dirty, outdated. Sketchy area. I called hours ahead ensuring I’d get a second floor suite and was told upon arrival they had no availability despite me paying for a suite. They didn’t want to return my money but thankfully had the insurance to help out. The room had roaches and genuinely unhygienic conditions.

Great stay! Anytime I need to stay somewhere I will be going back. They are doing an amazing job!
