Our stay would’ve been perfect, except for the fitted sheet did not fit our bed. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the facility was very clean and modern.

A very clean, bright and modern hotel. The breakfast area and lobby look brand new! The staff is professional and so nice and incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was awesome! They have a continental option or a full hot menu to order from. Quick or sit down. They even offer a dinner menu and small bar area. Plenty of parking and the rooms are spacious! Extremely clean and comfortable decor. Highly recommend this hotel on hotel row for your next stay.

Great location! Attended concert at Toyota Arena and was very close to event. Easy late check in, very friendly staff. Loved the 12pm checkout. Was able to use indoor pool and jacuzzi prior to leaving. Would come again.

The check in staff was not clear about additional charges. Told me my room charges were paid but needed a card for incidentals, I didn’t even stay in the room over night and was still charged something on my card.

Comfortable and spacious room. One night some people were arguing loudly around the hall. The gym could be better with a machine for multiple exercises.

It was clean Despite paying nearly $200, all basic amenities were having to be a Hilton Honors member and no one explained that, hot water did not make it up to 4th floor, jacuzzi was broken, not a business hotel as represented: post-bar partying neighbors with no one at front desk to assist, breakfast was not included despite checking the box for hotels where it was. They did waive parking but really nothing could mitigate the experience for a work trip.

Breakfast was good but the portions were huge. I asked for smaller portion a few mornings and that request was ignored. Resulting in wasted food. The dinner staff was awesome, she was attentive and had great interactions with everyone. Only had 1 bad dinner experience and that was in the cook. Had a burger Friday Feb 13 and ended up really sick a few hours later and through Valentine’s Day. Ruined my plans for Valentine’s Day. I informed the staff Sunday when I checked out.
