Very clean beds were comfortable bathroom was a little small but still very accommodating

The staff were excellent. I had to check in early and there was a room for me. The very nice lady took two minutes to get me registered and I made it to my meeting. The entire time that I was at the hotel, the staff provided excellent service. Thank you!

Was expecting breakfast and was never notified that restaurant was closed. Walk to room was long way from elevator or door to leave

Room had a broken tv in it . Maintenance said they would replace but just left for the day . Would not stay again .

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. My only complaints were: 1) the bathroom sink drained slowly, 2) had problems with the WiFi, and 3) I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs to my room.

They were remodeling the bar/ restaurant. We were given a free breakfast sandwich)fruit/ beverages etc. Room was great. Pool great and hot tub also fine but no real jets on hot tub. Next door at Red Lion had a bar and food that was great. They had a band at 8:30 that was fun and had a big local following. Friendly staff. No jets in hot tub. It was hot out like 100 but that's common I guess.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, shower was hot!! Breakfast burritos that were available were not edible and there was nothing else but oranges available.

It was in a very convenient location to explore Redding and the surrounding areas. The pool was well kept, too! I think the layout of the hotel was fun to navigate. Bathroom smelt a little like mold and the room had a weird set-up that made it a little hard to get from one side of the room to the other.

Lots of restaurants to choose from. I didn’t like having a handicapped room, which I didn’t ask for. And the room didn’t seem as spacious as a Holiday Inn Express.

They double charge me for the room!!! They said it would be refunded the next day, but it took 7 days after I called my bank. Will not stay here again

Primarily, I liked where it was located I think I would have liked to have a room in the front of the hotel rather than the back Other than that, everything was fine

Two sets of stairs just to get to first level of rooms… does not appear to be convenient ada compliance for patrons

There are no signs inside showing where different room numbers are, EXTREMELY frustrating. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had! Staff was rude.

Front desk staff was great and so were the staff that cleaned the rooms. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Beds were comfortable and clean. Rooms were on 2 different floors and opposite ends. Wasn’t easy on kids and spouse.

On a Main Street The confusion with the “other same name location” that was a few blocks down said “we have no reservation for you” when in fact they should have suggested the one due. The street / confusion / this location was:SUB PAR / the staff clueless

Everything! The staff was super friendly and the location was amazing! I felt very safe traveling solo I can’t think of a single thing! Other than maybe having breakfast a lot earlier but that’s probably a problem
