Friendly staff

The staffs was excellent and friendly.

this is first time i am reviewing on something or someone. staff behaviour and response is bad. Manager is not friendly at all, she is very bad manners to me.

Good but expensive due to memorial day weekend

No hair dryer. You have to ask for kitchen tools. Shower was in need of repair. Bare minimum hotel, fine for overnight stop.

Parking was crowded with some unregistered visitors

Location was okay. The "breakfast" wasn't much- just some granola bars and oatmeal packets. Staff wasn't very helpful- when calling the hotel before arriving I was put on hold for a long time. When arriving I ended up talking with multiple staff none of which could answer my question and honestly most were not very friendly either. For the price it was a very disappointing stay.

rooms not swept, pills on ground & under bed room 314 air conditioning doesn’t work key malfunctioning multiple times in a day for room 314 and 235.

The stove did not heat well

My room could use a refresh/update Had older furniture, cavities out dated Needs a tech update, no USB outlets. Surprised a hotel in a professional commercial area has not had a technology update.

The facility primarily catered to families down on their luck who had vouchers of some kind, to get out of the weather a do their laundry. The laundry (only one) was on the ground floor, backed up with waiting mothers and kids the entire time I was there. There was no pool or fitness center. The hallways were filled with screeching kids running up and down.

Restroom was clean except for the hair on shower walls, side of the tub, and sink.. windows had cracks in them. The bed was horrible at best. Felt like sleeping on a old sofa pull out bed.

This hotel was basic and ok. Nothing fancy by any means. Old and dated but the room seemed to be clean.

Parking safe. Food items where not as expected . Maybe add bananas

Location Not enough staff. No kitchen ware in room as listed on site. When I requested some silverware, I was told it would take an hour to clean two forks! He was the only one on staff for the whole hotel at 6:30 at night. Worst breakfast ever too!

Nobody available at front desk dor check in. Out if coffee pots and toadters for kitchen, no breakfast as advertised and no ice machine. I won't be back!

Was a nice stay. Clean, comfortable.

There is plenty parking, we lucked out & got a handicapped spot right at the checkin. Checkin was fast and easy. We had a 1 king bed room which was great for my husband to maneuver his motorized wheelchair in (there were no handicapped rooms available when we booked or at time of checkin) The room was basically clean but they need to get the baseboards & door frames better - was dirt buildup in those areas. They give you a conditioning shampoo but not a separate conditioner (the shampoo didn’t condition at all) There was only 1 plastic cup in the bathroom for the 2 of us to use, none anywhere else. There is no designated dog walk area but plenty of space all around the property to walk the dog. They do have 2 dog stations but the dog poop bags were empty at both. The property is well lit and I felt safe walking our service dog late at night. The breakfast is grab & go consisting of packaged blueberry or chocolate chip muffins, granola bars, asst flavors of instant oatmeal, coffee, tea. & hot chocolate packs served 6a - 930a. Most of the time the clerk was in the back & you had to ring the bell to get them. The checkin area on the 2nd night smelled like someone was smoking skunk weed. Smell was gone by morning. The kitchen area only has 1 dish towel to use, no wash rag or dish soap. You need to ask for anything else. The bed was comfortable but is too high as my feet did not touch the ground when sitting on edge (I am 5'7") Overall we liked the spaciousness and comfort.
