Clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Easy access to where we needed to go, yet tucked off the main road so it was nice and quiet. A quick trip so we didn't use the pool or gym areas, but they looked nice. Breakfast had a good assortment. e.g.: eggs with sides, self-made waffles, cereals, fruit, etc. However, I always prefer scrambled eggs vs. ready-made omelets with American cheese, so that was not a favorite for either of us.

The shower is not clean, moldy and towel are pretty old. Hair on the wall not working. Ice maker are not working. The room is not available when we get there. Check in is at 3pm and the room is not ready. The room i book with 2 queen beds is not available and they offer sofa bed and the extra blankets are old with holes on it. I don't recommend this hotel and the staff are not friendly help you with the issue. And they charge you extra of having a sofa bed. Don't recommend it at all.

Customer service was excellent. We were able to store our luggage way early in the morning so that we could enjoy our tours prior to check out. Everything was more than satisfactory.

The staff was super nice and very welcoming. Also the kitchen staff for breakfast was absolutely amazing they were so very nice to my kids and they loved talking to them we will be coming back for sure because of them We loved absolutely everything so nothing negative to talk about or complain about it was absolutely amazing.

Friendly staff, great breakfast options, rooms were run down. Old carpet, furniture was peeling off, spider in the bathroom. No hot tub!
