Location No hot water in early am

Location was excellent so near everything Old Town, beach, port. 5- 10 min within walking distance. Even it's quite centrally located, the noise was only occasionally disturbing. Breakfast was good enough, separately it cost 5€ including fried and boiled eggs, omelet bread, jam, cold cuts, cheese, coffee etc and some more things I don't even remember all. The biggest surprise was the sink, which was in the same room as the bed and not in the bathroom where it usually should be. I wonder why it wasn't straight big towels and towel for floor. I got them when I asked them. I also give feedback about the bad smell coming from the floor drain and the shower. Water sprayed from the connection between the shower filter and the hose. After few days i sked it again, then they said you can change room.

Close to shopping / medieval city

Hotel was very clean, and location was amazing. It is right in the middle of the island where you can walk to the old town and places like Ronda or casino. The day of our arrival was a little bit tricky. I booked 3 rooms, however when we come to the hotel they said that there is an electrical problem and they could give us only one room. They changed the two rooms for another hotel for one night. However there weren’t any problem the hotel was overbooked. I wish that they didn’t lie to us like that. And I would have wanted to have discount or something like that because of this matter.

Nice location in the center, close to everything

Room is clean, climate is working well , comfortable bed and its center of the city . But there is no parking belong to hotel . At the night there is no staff you should enter the password . There is no minibar and no water that’s only disadvantage

Location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to old town, historical places, sea side and departure points of touristic tours. Furnitures in the room was a little bit old. Bed was not so comfortable. Bathroom was pretty small and unpractical. It was not even possible to open the door full. Biggest problem is, there is no swatter in the balcony and there are too much flies and bugs in the air.

Great location was the plus and clean bathroom/linens, the water was not warm enough and towels in fair condition.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful on arrival. The hotel is very basic but in all honesty it is expected for the price per night for the room that I stayed in. Yes it is out dated and not the most spacious but it served the needs I had for the one night stay.

Stayed several times. The hotel is in an excellent location for what we needed Unfortunately upon arrival we were allocated a room.on the top floor, when we went into the room, there was NO wardrobe, Sink was in the room, bathroom had been upgraded but not finished, no kettle facilities as normal. Looked like rooms were being upgraded, but unfortunately, being let out un finished

Firstly the girls on reception were so helpful & welcoming...Always attentive and smiling... The room was wonderful, bed comfortable and huge..!! You could lose yourself in it... Bathroom, small, but clean and amazing Shower.... I give G92 5 STARS +... I have stayed in many hotels around the world costing much more & they have not impressed me this much... Please just stay the way you are ? N/A
