Savoy City Hotel

Reception and housekeeping staff was good and very helpful. Hotel was as clean as possible. Location was perfect except the street noises. Restaurant staff were very able at breakfast but we weren’t informed about putting out our dishes and on second day breakfast there had been an argument between other guests and staff. For that reason we hadn’t have breakfast and headed out to eat. Beds were uncomfortable, they tried to put alez for us but it didn’t make us comfortable. There was a mosquito bite problem neither.

Location is great and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was exactly the same for 4 days. There was no single different kind for the whole stay.There is no variety at all.

Central location near bus station, promenade old city. Great value Showers are tiny but plenty of hot water

Location, excellent. Room was clean with evertything you would need. They provide shower gel and shampoo. More than enough choice for breakfast, you will not go hungry. The staff are excellent, so helpful. will stay again. No bar.

1. Awesome lady at the reception. Friendly and accommodating. She makes a difference in this hotel. 2. Daily cleaning and changing of sheets and towels. Surprising enjoyable for the quality of this hotel. The floors, room doors and corridors feels like one has entered a mental asylum. The tiles of the room were broken, the mattresses need an immediate replacement as the springs were hitting our back, the breakfast was below average. The noise outside was really annoying but it comes with the location. No curtain in the shower with a really outdated and inconvenient bathroom. Not value for money except the amazing location.

Location Old slapped together, AC noisy, door didnt lock, blinds aren’t blackout shower not enclosed water everywhere

Staff was nice. Let us pick up our breakfast at 3.30 am. Did provide a room facing away from the street. In the shower they only had a smallish water tray not even a curtain, but a sign calling to save water by taking a shower and not a bath. Guess that was for sparrows. Loved it! The "quiet" room suffered from some load equipment working throughout the night.

- Friendly staff, they helped me to book a taxi to airport for the morning. - I liked the breakfasts, and good it's starting from 7am. - The room had all the basics, it was ok. - The balcony was looking to some wall :) But I don't complain, for this price it's fine. - Fridge and some internal ventilation were working very loud, at night it's not very comportable. - It was May month, and there were only thin bed sheets, it was a bit cold at night.

Exceptionally friendly small hotel. Basic, but excellent value. Ideal for a short stay when travelling to other islands as close to buses and ferries. Nice garden area for breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for reception staff. They really look after you. The hot element of breakfast could be improved. Some fried eggs would be welcome as well as the scrambled.

Breakfast, Location Bathroom size and layout, manual key was difficult to use and door was difficult to open from in room. A few steps to enter building.

It’s very clean, daily room service that replaces towels and makes the bed, nice front desk that can help with any issues. The breakfast is mediocre. Not the best but ok. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Very clean, and near to the Old Town, including Restaurants and Bars nearby.. Breakfast better than similarly-starred Hotels. I would recommend.

The shower needs curtains because everything gets wet without.
