ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Richmond West

The hotel was very convenient. All of the staff were very nice. Elevator was broke the entire time we were there. The room was nice, but every time you took a step or sit down on the bed it echoed throughout the hotel and the rooms around you would complain. The entire hotel smelt like an Indian restaurant. As soon as you walked into the front desk it smelt like that they were cooking food on a flat top in the back. I had to buy air freshener for our room because the smell made our stay irrelevant. Again, the hotel was nice. But they did make sure at 10:45 AM to bang on your door and tell you your day was over.

Spacious room! Comfortable bed! Amazing staff! If I’m ever back in the Richmond area, Echo Suites will be my first stop!

This is a great location convinieny to Dominion CC and next to the shopping area.

When checking in, the staff was jumping over the counter back and forth. Very unprofessional. There must be no noise restrictions because everything was VERY loud all through the night. People yelling and doors slamming everywhere. People also smoking weed throughout. I would not stay there again.

Expiria and a hotel. They did not refund me

Dirty floors, I checked into the hotel went downstairs the next morning informed the front desk of the floors were dirty. They told me it would cost $15 to have housekeeping come and clean. The unit is also a certain element that hangs around this building. Looks like it might be welfare or Section 8 tenants. Please avoid this property if you’re looking for something cheap you can find better at TRU or Springhill suites. The staff was a bit ambiguous. There was no hospitality. Very depressing.

NOTHING!!! THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION 2 hrs before checkin leaving us out of town with no place to stay!!!!!

The rooms had lack luster towels and no other amenities that were supposed to be with an extended stay hotel. Missing all the cookware and silverware. The bed was a mattress on springs which was not only uncomfortable fir made noise with movement.
