It was nice and clean and also the bathroom was very clean and the stuff were amazing

There was a loud exhaust fan in the bathroom that ran 12 hours a day that could not be turned off (it was on a hotel timer). It did not run at night, but from about 6 in the morning until 6 in the evening. Very disturbing. Who would design such a feature? I would never stay in the hotel again since I assume every room has the same feature.

Other than our key not working after going to the front desk 3xs everything was fine. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but better than standard. The people in the hotel were very respectful as were the staff. The room was clean and smelled neutral. Pool was old and outdated. But it was fine for the kids.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting richmond. We have always founded to be very clean, comfortable, and we absolutely love the pressure in the showers. The staff has been very friendly and the breakfast was adequate. It’s a great location and I highly recommend it.
