I didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned well and for it to have a high rating I was highly disappointed

The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Housekeepers not so much. Elevator was down, side door of building left open all day and night, unsafe. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, no pool no breakfast. One of our wash clothes had a stain. The pull out bed in the room had crumbs and what looked like party decor underneath so clearly those aren’t being cleaned properly. Overall ok hotel however would not stay there again.

Elevator out of order…So you have to use the stairs (4 floors) w/ NO AIR @ all…

Last night I was very disappointed with the staff at woodspring. I am giving them a 1 a bad review.

You walk into a lobby area reeking of weed and cigarette smoke. The smells will follow you to your room where you will also add mildew and some other unidentifiable stale odors to the list. Despite having empty cabinets and a fridge, you wont have toiletries and your mattress will seem to attack your back all night rather than encouraging rest and recovery. You will also hear all the conversations and other nighttime activities of your neighbors because the walls might as well be symbolic. Oh, but if you leave them a nice review you get a bag of free chips, so there is that. I guess whether or not you take them depends on just how desperate for hope you feel at that point

The hotel provides housing for displaced people accordingto staff, lamp in room was broken, smells like smoke and was extremely noisy. The staff was pleasant.

The elevator was broken

The room was very nice, the beds were comfortable. The problems were the TV did not work and they were not able to fix. One total appeared to the stained. It was probably clean but should not have been placed in the room by cleaning staff.

I’m actually going to an attorney. This property manager violated all kind of laws. My main complaint was the elevator was broken for EIGHT days. When checked into hotel requires ALL persons show ID if staying. They made a COPY of my Drivers License and his DISABLE MILITARY VETERAN IDENTIFICATION. I can understand possibly two nights but 8 days unacceptable. Guest stayed in the room 3 DAYS because he could NOT WALK up/ down three floors EVERY TIME we leave the room. This property is more like an apartment building people so many local residents live in there. I recommend this property manager gets the education she needs in regards to ADA Accommodations. Needless to stay we had to change hotels.

Absolutely nothing. Everything could have been better. Walked in, phones in the lobby and rooms dont work. Doors were locked and shutter was down, had to use intercom to get her to open the door. I get my room key, im on the 4th floor and the elevator is broken. I walk in my room and the entire floor is covered in sticky liquid and was clearly never cleaned and the bed was covered in brown stains and had no comforter. They didn't have anymore rooms. Staff was rude when I asked questions. I left the room and requested a refund and found other accommodations.

Cons: Hotel charges $3 above booking price for "linens". Then had to take the linens back downstairs because they left all bath mats and no bath towels. Also they do not provide hand towels and all towels are extremely thin. Bed linens are extremely thin also.

When we left Stale smoke smell, cigarette burn on the comforter, hair all over the bathroom, hair stuck in towels and wash clothes, garbage on the floor under beds.
-
Clean rooms bathroom sink faucet was not properly installed. I can pull it out. Friendly staff

I need my money back because I didn’t get to stay booking.com over booked you guys an took my money

Location was great I didn’t like the fact that the hotel smelled like marijuana, smoke. Our bathroom had hair in tub, our pillow cases were dirty and hair in one of the beds. We slept on top of comforter and just made do because we had no other choice. We travel monthly and never had a bad of experience as this.
-
No one obeyed the no smoking signs not, even hotel staff. Wasn't a good experience

Would I stay here again?Absolutely. My rating for this is a ten out of ten

Literally called hotel within 5 minutes of noticing my mistake, and asked could they update my card information. They told me, they couldn’t, and I had to call Expedia. Called Expedia, same song and dance. I told them to cancel the reservation at this point because that’s ridiculous I can’t edit a reservation within 10 minutes of booking it. I can understand days, not 10 minutes. Hotel charged me for a week, and I requested a cancellation and I never stayed at the hotel. Still fighting for a refund, because that’s not how you treat people. Will never stay at this location, they’re on the same level as a common thief.
