Was clean enough
-
Initial room given to me was substandard
-
It was close to where I needed to be. Dirty bedroom walls, broken furniture, fridge wasn’t working - replaced by one which was barely working. Stained mattress and sheets. Noisy air conditioning. Carpet on the halls were scratched and torn in several places. Feels like the place was abandoned. Not a Wyndham hotel I was expecting to find.

Nothing I only waste my money The Jacuzzy which I ask if it was working wasn’t! The sauna only for decoration… the bedroom super small and smell old places bad smell!!! don’t belive the pictures the location heavy dangerous and dirty!!!! The people working on the breakfast always with dirty nasty uniform

Absolutely nothing. I do not recall booking handicap room because I am not. I requested to get relocated to a regular room and I was denied and I was told that hotel was booked. This room was absolutely disgusting. Toilet was liking, shower curtains with mold and held by zip ties. The soap holder was falling from the wall, safe was not working. Refrigerator had lots of water on the bottom and I couldn’t use for a few items, like water bottle. The bed sheets was too small that couldn’t fit the bed. Only 1 hand towel and the other bath towel’s that looks like a floor rag. Also , the ceiling was covered with black mold. To finish my review… bed was covered with BEDBUGS!!!!I captured a couple and gifted the manager. I am presenting fistulas on my skin…and breathing difficulties. Went to the doctors and was prescribed prednisone for now, until having a blood test. Also, at breakfast, the bread was moldy. I swear to myself that I wouldn’t ever go back to this “horror show” after all, I deserve at least my money back. Everything

The location is a bit shady and the parking lot is far from the hotel

Good breakfast Needs updating. No blanket and only have one thin pillow. Only one staff speaks English .TV are only Portuguese or some Spanish.

Problem communicating with the staff. Hire one that can speak English especially the tourist.

1. We arrived at midnight and pretty tired. The staff was slow and took at least half and hour to do check in. 2.The fridge didn't work and our food got spoiled. 3. Unable to set air-conditioner temperature inside one of the rooms because there is no remote control. 4. Wifi was down one night until midnight. 5. The elevator door closed even we pressed the open button while my husband tried to step in. 6. The street that the hotel is located on was not well maintained. Dirty with cracked pavement.

I’m on a gluten-free diet and I could not tell which foods were gluten-free easily. Good experience

The staff don’t speak English and we had problems communicating with them.
