The attendant from 3 to 11 is super helpful nice and respectful There was one employee there that disrespected my lady friend and she wasn't even able to help with I had a problem it was like she was new or something

The space in the room was good. Traveled with a family of 6, so the 2 bathrooms were great! A little dated. The workout room was small and smelled old.

Very kind and helpful personel, the lady at front desk helped us with a minor inconvenience (TV remote didn't work). She came in our room and make sure everything was in order Everything was ok

It was clean & quiet, the staff was friendly and it felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Was satisfied & will be staying here again when I return to Roanoke.

Coffee is a no go (room and lobby). Only complaint we had but the rooms were nice. Decent size. Cute kitchen space and plenty of areas to relax, read, watch tv and cook/eat. Mall, shopping area and lots of restaurants around the hotel area within walking distance. Definitely would stay again.
