Great place to stay when I’m traveling for work!

Everything was excellent except this bed. The mattress is horrible, our back is killing us. Every turn me make in bed, back hurts. This stay is from 6/11 - 6/15/2026.

Our room didn’t have hangers or a dresser, so if you’re staying for a few days, it’s not as convenient. Most of the staff was excellent. There was one woman that wouldn’t give my husband a key, when his malfunctioned and I was in seminars because the room was in my name, but they also wouldn’t let me add his name to the reservation.

I HIGHLY recommend this property when visiting Rockford. The housekeeping woman was incredibly sweet and kind and Timothy at the front desk was eager to please, professional and polite. Our room was cleaned perfectly and if I needed anything all I had to do was ask and she was happy to help. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t say how that was but my mom did and she loved it. It’s right across the street from the Hard Rock and super close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Incredibly easy to find as well, it’s literally just off the freeway. We go to Rockford often and will be staying here for now on. While it’s not glamorous like the Hilton, they take cleanliness very seriously and that’s what’s important to me.

We enjoyed our stay although breakfast seemed a bit less than we are used to with Wyndham properties. It was nice to be so close to Hard Rock. 🙃😊

Everything met expectations for a basic hotel. Everything worked in the room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Breakfast is rudimentary as expected. Completely satisfied. No complaints.

Definitely needs a huge freshening up. Bathroom tub and shower need replacing. Hallway carpeting is very worn.
