The property is under construction but it's still really maintained. I did want breakfast but that didn't start until 6 and I left at 530

One of the pillows had a very bad smell (like old stinker sneakers). I had to put it in the bathroom so I could sleep No bottled water in the room for the coffee maker

Pool was nice, room was big and clean, we stay here often when coming to town! Unfortunately hot tub was down but pool is heated and it’s not to cold

Fairly close to family. The bed was comfortable. The floor was hot as soon as we walked off the elevator. The room had an unpleasant smell upon entering. The humidity level was higher than normal. The toilet seat was really low for someone tall or of senior age.

The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work.

Pool was a murky green/yellow, hot tub was neon yellow-green and was closed. Room was stuffy and the AC unit would only run for about 1 minute at a time. Pool, hot tub, AC.

Staff service excellent. Thank you. Another run down Hampton compared to similar hotels. We stay in Hamptons all over the US travelling from the UK. Think we are done now with the quality.

We love Hampton Inns but this one needs a makeover soon, carpeting in lobby needs changing, all the chairs need replacing in lobby breakfast area. Elevators were dirty, room was fine, breakfast was good, people who worked there were very nice. Ppl who clean the rooms were so nice and helpful. Basically the place needs renovations, it’s an older Hampton Inn.
