Staff was very friendly. Wally greeted me with a smile and was very efficient and helpful. He provided me with all the info I needed.

This was a passable hotel, but it felt older. Not particular nice and the only amenity was a bar of soap. There is no ice machine, and the breakfast that was included is just granola bars and muffins.

Clean rooms, bed hard, rooms need updating. Would not stay there again

The bed was comfortable They had hot water but no tea bags, the hairdryer was missing, you had to go to the desk to ask for shampoo, it was an extended stay but you had to go to the desk to get anything for the kitchen, even utensils!!!!!! They advertised breakfast and it was a prepackaged muffin and a cup of coffee or hot chocolate...... NO TEA!!!!!! No juice!!!!! Nothing!!!!! If you are watching your carbs you have no options. It was a huge disappointment

Friendly front counter staff Bed was comfortable Wifi was kinda slow but it was free and available Bathtub hadn't been cleaned (hair was still in it). Was really looking forward to taking a shower but didn't want to risk getting some foot fungus. Since the tub hasn't been cleaned, we didn't know what else might have hasn't been cleaned and so we didn't even go barefoot around the room. The following are more things I could deal with or don't consider to be a big deal: Thought breakfast would be more than just some coffee and nutrigrain bars. Didn't take a shower since the tub obviously hadn't been sanitized but if I did, I would have had to request shampoo? Why isn't shampoo just available in the bathroom? There were curtains but no privacy shade Bathroom counter looked like it was ready to fall off.

Slow help from upfront,3 lights in my room didn't work,the toilet didn't collect enough water to flush and I couldn't get wifi

Easy to get to /pricing was good Issues with connecting to the internet -had to do a 45-60 minute call to fix Also gave me a toll free number to call and then charged $1 fee but did get them to wave it

Convenient and clean No real breakfast, having to even ask for cups or shampoo… expected same level as Hampton or Choice
