Our room was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel had many guests, but it was wonderfully quiet.

I always stay at La Quinta at Rockford and I love it except for the breakfast. It's been always egg and sausage. Is there anything else that the hotel can offer?

That there was a full breakfast in the morning time. The staff was wonderful.There was stuff and walking distance in the mall, it's just down the street.

You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. Lesson learned. Pay a little more for one of the other nearby hotels.

The hotel is quite clean but the furnishings are older, and the tubs and shower heads are quite worn, but we like the fact that there are 2 televisions in the suites and there's lots of room. Also, the hotel is handy to a lot of restaurants and if you forgot anything you can walk to the Walmart and get what you need. If you like to gamble the new casino is a 2 minute drive away.

That it was close to my event Our phones didn't work in room glad there's was no emergency There was no extra blankets for our 3rd person had to go Walmart to buy one There was only one trash cans in the whole room There was no pen and paper in the room I had a call from a client and had to take down some information, glad my wife was there Overall not to happy
