Comfort Inn Rockford near Casino District

Clean room, great staff just a little smelly, location near to Walmart, restaurant and more.

Mold in the bathrooms and sheets on the beds had blood stains and stains all over them.

It was not very clean. Stains on the curtains and bed spread. Carpet was sticky near the TV. I slept on top of the sheets for fear there were bedbugs. They told me nothing about anything when I checked in. Will not return

The smell from air freshener was overwhelmingly strong. We had to sleep with window open to be able to breathe. There were no towels in bedroom when we arrived. The staff did provide us with towels. The carpet in front of air-conditioning was very wet. There were only a few local stations available. We left before breakfast was served.

Probably do better cleaning around the entrance of the building carpet to old and better way to clean the air in side the building.

The room was dirty staff rude breakfast unsanitary I drove 1000 miles to be treated like crap I’ve stayed in many comfort inns this one is garbage I want my money back !

You get what you pay for!!!!! On a positive, the kitchen area down by the front entrance appeared clean and the front desk gentleman was nice.

I’ve stayed at this particular hotel many times. This time - it’s not the Comfort Inn chain hotel. It’s more like a rundown version of the chain. Very sad to see it in this unkept state as I know what it used to to look at.

We were in room 309. Room was clean for the most part other than a sticky spot on the carpet that we tried avoid. Furniture pretty beat up and it looked like mold on the wall in the bathroom. No tv remote but the front desk was quick to get us one. Got down to the complementary breakfast at 7:30am and the eggs were gone and only 3 sausage links left. We were down there around 30 mins a the eggs never filled and 6 sausages were refilled. Coffee cups were out so I had to search the cabinets for more. Indoor pool area was clean but small. Good things, the shower had good pressure and hot water and the beds were clean and very comfortable. The staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Was not clean. Second day stay had no room service at all.

The pool area was never cleaned. We stayed over a week and the same towels that kids had left from the first night by a chair sat there the entire week. Not once was the room vacuumed even when asked. Bedding had stains on them. Managers and staff could not speak English. Stayed there times before and it was much better then.

Room was filthy, cheese on the floor, crumbs on the pull out bed, stains on the comforter.

Didn't eat breakfast Everything was to my liking ?

It was over by 9am on a Sunday, no conditioner and toilet rim was horrible. No jacuzzi by pool.

I was able to check in a little early which was very helpful Good location, clean a very roomy

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Chairs were very uncomfortable. The bad: When we pulled in there were people sitting just outside of entrance drinking and was a very strong smell of Marijuana. I did not appreciate walking past them with a child to enter. The hall outside the pool area was wet from people running out wet. I was fearful my elderly mother would fall. We did not use the pool because the many people in there were very loud & obnoxious. Our non-smoking room had a horrible smoke smell, Tv remote was broke and we had 1 channel. Definitely better options to go with instead

Musty smell, old carpet, and bathroom sink plugged. I do not recommend.
