The bed was hard and uncomfortable. My room was full of ants, all over the counters. I let management know. And they wanted me to move to another room, next door. However if 318 has ants, 319 will have them also.

After traveling all day, I pulled up to a parking lot that said not responsible for theft of items from your vehicle. Which is always a good sign. I was scheduled for a week. I couldn’t even unpack as I couldn’t withstand the mold smell. I went to the front desk to move me. She was nice and understood, moved me to the second floor where there was a VCR lol in the room, a chair that looked like a dog gnawed on it and smelled like it was just old. I reached out to hotels.com and said she would have to charge me for 1night stay but I had to leave. I wanted to anyway. Just appalled that they were not embarrassed and charge me at all. I slept in my car because there was nothing available close by because Walmart had some shareholder thing in town. I am a Gold member with Hilton and will NEVER use Hotels.com or Candlewood suites or any of my Employees I put up for training.

The staff was exceptional. The hotel appears to be older and maintained best they can. The bed in our “suite” was a queen (maybe a full) and very old style - I think it even had springs - great location with restaurants near by

Very accommodating and clean. Staff were great especially Geri! She went above and beyond to help us out with extending our stay on super short notice. Her level of service, care and understanding made our trip!! Thank you so very Geri! You are a superstar! Nothing bothered us at all!

Staff was phenomenal There were bugs in our original room. Staff expediently put us in a different room and there were bugs in that room also. We were put in a third room and the second bed in that room was not functional which wouldn’t accommodate our sleep needs

I didn't like that I was bit by bed bugs within 20 minutes of laying in the bed. The lights weren't even off yet before they were running over the bed. My arm has itchy bit marks on it still, the day after. I'm praying we didn't transfer any to our home in our belongings. It's quite traumatizing to be bitten by such bugs. I am highly disappointed. The staff didn't show any concern to our issue, he wouldn't even go inside the room.
