There was also a strong marijuana smell throughout the property. For a room accommodating four people, providing only one small bar of soap was disappointing. In addition, the bed sheets and quilts had a dusty odor, which made the room feel unclean. The TV offered very limited entertainment options, and to make matters worse, someone knocked on our door around 6:00 a.m. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms I was in was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful. I didn’t know this place was per friendly good to know for the future

The room smelled like cigarettes really bad gave me a headache, the bed had cigarette burns, the towels were stained like really bad. The staff was very helpful though, I’ll say that. Very nice

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What I appreciated most about Palm Inn Motel was the responsiveness of the management team. A situation arose during my stay that had nothing to do with the motel itself, but it was concerning enough that I worried it could escalate and potentially require emergency services. Management acted quickly, professionally, and decisively, resolving the issue before it became anything more serious. Their willingness to step in and help gave me tremendous peace of mind. I was also very impressed with the room itself. Both the bedroom and bathroom had clearly been remodeled and featured a clean, modern look that felt very current and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations. The TV was another pleasant surprise, with modern connectivity that allowed me to easily connect my phone and laptop. Between the excellent customer service, the clean and updated accommodations, and management's genuine concern for guest well being, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again. I think that because this is a rather large motel, the AirPlay connection from my iPhone to the TV lagged a little, but it is understandable if multiple tenants are trying to log in and use AirPlay on the TV
