Rosemead Motel

The pictures show modern rooms which caught my attention. They renovated not long ago but there were areas that can be improved. The faucet was loose, refrigerator door was hard to open, and bed frame was squeaky. Besides these, I would say their service was great. They asked if we prefer upstairs or downstairs and if we prefer hard bed or soft bed. Note that it's located on a main street so it will be loud. Always the wall is not soundproof. We were able to hear people talking outside.

I do not think we would come back. It was not terrible but just okay. With the price, it made sense that this might be our expectations.

There was a large hot tub in the room, which was nice. The ceiling had a mural that lit up with the black light in the room. That was nice. The towels were stained so they looked dirty, and we used one on the floor since there wasn’t a bath mat. There weren't any small face towels either and the body towels were small, almost like a hand towel. Though they had my credit card info, they required $100 in cash to hold as a deposit when we checked in, which I happen to have. I almost forgot to pick it up when we checked out. All in all, we only were there for the 2 nights, and slept well once inside.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant and stress-free. They were attentive, courteous, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The property was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the pride the team takes in maintaining the motel. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Plus, the rates are very reasonable. I was able to stay within my strict budget! I highly recommend Rosemead Motel to anyone looking for excellent accommodations, great customer service, and outstanding value. I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience!

I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this place in Rosemead truly feels like a second home. The manager always goes above and beyond to make me feel like family and always makes adjustments to ensure I’m comfortable and at peace during my stay. His wife is also incredibly kind and welcoming. Their hospitality, care, and genuine kindness are the reason I keep coming back. Thank you both for always making my stays so special and stress-free. Second time staying here. We love staying here when we visit LA. It’s clean, up to date, and safe!

The rooms are not as they appear in the photos; the kitchen amenities are not in the room; you have to go to a room next to the office to use the microwave.They also lack updated facilities or outlets; I couldn't charge my phone and had to buy an outlet that would fit these old ones.I absolutely did not enjoy being here; if a refund were possible, that would be perfect.
