A nice, clean and comfortable room, great location. Breakfast buffet was overpriced at $25 PP, not great food and only a so-so selection.

The room had a huge hole in the wall that was not addressed until 2 days later. Room was not that clean as would expect and I did have to wipe down desk and stand where many fridge. Disappointed in my experience

Staff un helpful Severely outdated Parking is miserable Prepaid breakfast was great

The good: The beds are amazing The PREpay breakfast was great! The showers were wonderful The bad: Severely needs upgrade with wall paper falling off walls. The horribly rusted light fixtures in my bathroom were not good. My furniture in the room was atrocious and had signs of use and wear that most travelers would find offensive. I.E. sitting chair broken down Lounge chair worn out and 90% faded The windows were so streaked, that pictures of the fireworks next door would not come out clear. My dresser AND table had very clear signs of scratches and fading they covered over with a piece of glass. The staff checked us in and never gave us our breakfast coupons we prepaid for, they also never explained parking and validation so for 3 of our 4 days we struggled to get out of the parking lot consistently The refueling station never had water but we could pay for bottled. I was asked by staff to move my car before unloading, this process is just horrible with no Ramps and only stairs to climb and 2 carts that dont work on stairs. Overall, for 300.00 plus a night, I feel ripped off and want a refund

The hotel could have been cleaner and it smelled of smoke.
-
Comfortable bed, good location for air travel. The shuttle drivers are nice & helpful. Dated and kinda run down hotel.room - recently updated bathroom but all other furniture was old & beat up. Scuffed walls, elevator panel not secured to wall, slight musty smell in room. The bar was clean, updates and the food quality was good.

The one hotel restaurant is only so-so. There are two bars but I only tried the Visibility Bar, which was where I found food. Mind you, it was pouring rain outside, with a possible tornado watch, so no trips out to get food and I wasn’t going to make some poor person deliver in that weather. This hotel advertises their conference center but with limited food service how do they manage that? It would be a very nice hotel with room service added.

The staff were helpful Run down and shabby looking. No luggage rack in room. No extra blanket in room.

Parking was not satisfactory, paying $35 to park in an unsecured area

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve honestly never had this happen before. When I checked into my room there were stains on my bed sheets and lipstick smudges on both my and my dad’s beds. The front desk staff was very apologetic when I let them know and sent someone up with new sheets. However, when they arrived they handed me a stack of sheets (not even the right type for my bed) while on the phone and didn’t bother to come to take a look or help change them. Rest of the hotel was nice, but sheets made it hard to give a good review.
