Walls are thin and noisy Did not sleep well at all

Had to practically kick the door down to open it. Bugs. Breakfast is instant oatmeal and breakfast bars. Coffee was great. Beds are hard.

Sadat the hotel manager was exceptionally nice and accommodate me to stay there regardless. Appreciated him for his hospitality ❗️

The hotel was very misleading compared to the pictures online. The photos made it look decent and well maintained, but when we arrived it looked more like rundown apartments. The door barely worked properly, which made us feel unsafe. The room was very old and outdated, and the bathroom was in terrible condition with a strange smell. I honestly felt uncomfortable even taking a shower there. Overall, it was not what we expected at all and was very disappointing.

Feels less like a Hotel

price and location. I checked into the property and went to the room. As soon as I walked into the room, the phone started ringing. At this time, I was in the restroom viewing the facilities, and I looked into the tub, and there appeared to be feces smeared, and then I turned and looked at the counter, which was also dirty. I had my son answer the phone and it was the Front Desk politely checking to make sure we were settled into the room. I asked him did you call because you knew this room was not up to par or is this your protocol. I let him know that I was not checking into the room and I was headed back to the front desk for a full refund because this room was not suitable for me and my children to stay. He was polite, but he told me that was the only room they had left. He should have had that room blocked off and just told me the property was sold out. I am currently waiting on my full refund.

We went here prior to Lion’s Gate and this place was no good. It was gross and had trash inside the room, poop on the toilet seat, a used condom in the bath tub. It was nasty. It was a lot of unsavory things going on there and the bathroom smelled like marijuana due to tenant next door smoking in their bathroom it came through the vent. It was not somewhere we wanted to stay so we got a refund after less than 20 minutes. Never again at any location with this name.

I faced way TOO MANY issues here. First off, the keys had to be hand programmed at the door itself due to the machine being down. I unloaded all my luggage to the realize the room lights weren’t working, the microwave was broken/burnt. Sink was clogged. I asked for a room change, the manager didn’t believe me and wanted to see for himself. Then he moved me to the second room. Which wasn’t as bad. There was still some lights that didn’t work. I went out for dinner to comeback and my key card not work. Causing me to be locked out until security got ahold of office staff to help. The next few nights had persistent errors with the key cards. Overall , a bad experience that I won’t go through again.

The maid must have taken a vacation the microwave was dirty the stove and the counters were dirty. The bed was very comfy. You have to go to the office for towels and whatever else. The phone in the room didn't work. Great room to sit and read.

Very quiet

Nothing. Absolutely a terrible place to stay. First and foremost the staff which includes Mexican and Hindu in the front office need to be fired. They are racist. As for the hotel rooms, broken fixtures, old and outdated plus roaches. Lastly the people that stays here are homeless. Everything
-
Room wasn’t clean. Bathroom still had hairs and leftover toothpaste on counter. Room still smelled of smoke despite being nonsmoking. No elevators found. Bed had no cushioning left. We were practically sleeping on base of bed. Plenty of homeless in the area. They did have a security person walking perimeter. Otherwise okay, sure.

Horrible stay!!! Would not recommend!!!

"roomy" suite. Room was dirty. I think someone swept the floor but forgot to pick up the garbage pile of crumbs, dust etc. Also if the spiders and roaches were going to be more roommates they should have shared the costs.

I PREPAID on Booking.com. The HAD the reservation on the computer when I arrived … and YET… they told me I COULD NOT CHECK IN… because they did not accept PAYPAL ( which is how I prepaid on the Booking site). And that I needed to CANCLE my booking.com reservation and try to get my money back.. AND REBOOK with them directly at the location and PAY AGAIN for the room I ALREADY paid for. I DECLINED… and went around the corner to the MARRIOT Residence Inn, a MUCH NICER Facility. Nothing

Property is actually nice overall and stuff was nice, but the room was filthy. Sheets, bathroom, table. Everything

The room was just incredibly dirty and unmaintained. I had to move to a second room because of water coming from under the warped floor boards.
