The ladies at the front desk were excellent, very accommodating, very nice and genuine. The beds are super soft and not very comfortable. The pillows are not down and the couches were kind of cruddy looking other than that. The facility was very clean and in a nice area, they just need some updating on the furniture.

Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. TV did not work.

The breakfast is fresh and tasty. Large variety of items. The pool and hot tub were at perfect temperatures.

It was nice until we went to the jacuzzi. The heat temperature of the jacuzzi is so bad you can't even go in. A few people are saying it's been hot since they arrived. We asked the staff if they could fix it, but he gave us an excuse, saying they can't do anything about it.

Wow great place and I was able to check in early! I love how fashionable and professional all of the woman are at the front desk. This place was clean and convenient for a quick work trip!

Loved the bar and bartender along with the breakfast and staff! I definitely recommend staying here. Did I mention the clean and heated pool? It was a great stay!

The room we were in wasn’t exactly what I booked for. I didn’t feel comfortable in that room. I didn’t request or booked for a handicapped accessible room but that was what we got when we checked in.

One of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. Attended an event here and ended up getting a room. It was dirty and you can tell the staff doesn’t care.

They skipped our room to clean, the building smells no good , the outdoor pool was dirty , the ice mashing was broken on second floor I was there at 2023 it was really pretty and clean but not right now no plans to coming back.
