SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento North

There were alot of homeless. The pool wasn't clean...people hanging out drinking alcohol. Not very family friendly. I won't recommend this hotel at all

I make a reservation 2 days in advance and when i arrive they send me to a room that wasn’t ready it wasn’t been clean terrible service

Will never go there again!! 1st and last time. Extremely disappointed!

The property was not clean. The carpet in the hotel was dirty. The property and surrounding area was crawling with homeless people which made the hotel feel unsafe.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Cozy bed.

Check was quick and easy, room was clean, breakfast selection was limited, surrounding area was questionable…

I felt unsafe in the room when I walked in! There was a door that was leaned against a door and the knob was no locked from the other side, I left and felt really unsafe and hoping to get a refund

The breakfast was one of the worse I’ve come across. And don’t get the rooms in the back of the property so weird. Lots of homeless hanging around the property on every corner and at Dennys next door. We ate at Dennys and it was cold food. I cook 1 server. Whole experience was sad

I liked the complimentary breakfast & the desk staff was very helpful & nice The pool and spa was very unkept. Someone needs to check into it or close the pool/spa

Nothing I didn't like it at all. If I wasn't so tired I would have definitely stayed some place else. The girl working the front desk really needs to work on her customers services skills. I will remember to never stay there again.

Comped Breakfast has solid sausage. French toast sticks were little dry/chewy. Yogurt, oatmeal, bread, coffee and juices included.

I stayed here because it is close to Sutter health Park. A couple things I didn’t really like was the swimming pool was ice cold, which I understand but the Jacuzzi looked like it had algae growing in it. My hairdryer fell off the wall and it didn’t work very well either I had my service animal. That was nice. They were accommodating. There’s an area for them to go use the restroom as well. Staff was friendly enough parking lot was a bit dirty.. room was clean and close to not amenities.

It was not clean I stepped on a tac twice that was left over from other guest the carpet was dirty the fridge was broken the microwave didn't heat up the food correctly it would heat half of the food. The breakfast was terrible there was so many god dam spider webs on the balcony I couldn't even enjoy it. There was this brown stuff on the back door of the bathroom. The hot tub didn't make bubbles. And on top of the shity stay they are trying to keep my deposit saying I had a pet in the room which I did not

Sometimes in life you fall for nice pictures and make mistakes. My mistake was booking this place thinking it was a regular place. At check in, room #1 had live roaches, room #2 had dead roach carcasses on the receiver of the in unit phone meaning that it hadnt been cleaned in a long enough time for the roaches to die and decompose. I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into and unfortunately for me, I had to pay for this mistake. Don’t even mention the word refund to management cuz they have no intention of giving one once they’ve reeled you in to their web. They said that we would be refunded while we were there and changed up once we left. We composed ourselves as I searched for a habitable space and we got out same day within 2 hrs of checking in. Got a nice place nearby. Unless you are used to living in squalor, go some place else.
