Hyatt House Sacramento Airport - Natomas

The only issue we had was with parking as the facility was overbooked for their parking capability. We were offered an overflow parking at a facility next to the hotel which worked out fine.

Room was partially cleaned, all items were not available that should have been. Kitchen wasn't fully equipped with utensils, dirty linen still on pull out sofa,, no fresh towels left in room had to call housekeeping.

Nowhere on website does it state that park and fly is $15/day, and No apologies were given. They spent collectively (3 different staff) over 30 minutes trying to show me where it stated that policy and was never able to find it but I certainly was charged it. The bathroom fan runs 24/7, no way to turn it off and a/c is in a large cabinet in room and noisy, very poorly designed. The topper to the park and fly 2 day stay was that the phone number given for pick up wouldn’t go thru to the front desk, “sorry there’s been an error….”

The receptionist named Cecile went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and always asked if I needed anything else. She also is a very friendly person! A+ on hiring her!

Parking spaces are too small. Only a few open spaces.

The issues we had was in house cleaning. The one day they cleaned, they didn't make the beds and trash bags not installed. Cleaning did not seem complete. Would been nice to have USB's next to the nightstands. In addition, on 2 occasions we were approached by homeless person in the parking lot asking for money. When I mentioned this at the front desk, they seemed familiar with this person. Perhaps California has become immune to this. I suppose you get what you vote for. I would have thought this area would have been safe from this, but apparently, I was wrong. With all that said, I would consider returning only because I hope they will take core of the homely issues in the area and the issues stated above will be addressed.

Breakfast was nice. Very clean property

The free breakfast starts at 6:30 am, which was too late for catching my flight.

The room was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. The only complaint is that the shower door did not have an interior handle to pull it closed properly. Water leaked onto the floor.

Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. 10-15 minute drive into downtown Sacramento. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are nicely sized too, with a generous lounge couch next to the windows. We didn't get a chance to have the breakfast in the morning, as we had to leave early for our son's college graduation, but did hear from others that it was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Super clean hotel, wonderful staff along with Lonesh, their great bartender! Quiet inside rooms, staff even put my family and sister’s family in connecting rooms…we had only asked to be on the same floor. Great bonus, thank you! Terrific breakfast and was included in my room rate. Overall lovely location, accommodations and personnel.

Exceptional

Comfortable bed and pillows. Shuttle to airport. TV picture didn’t work, only audio. Roller shade wouldn’t move up or down. Returning from breakfast it had fallen down to the floor.

The accommodations were great, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Check-in staff were very friendly. We were only given two bath towels to use so we asked for two more around 10:30pm. A little after midnight hotel staff was banging on our door to deliver them. It woke up all my kids and I and scared us all. The pool was also dirty and there were no towels available. This was a huge incentive to stay at this hotel so it was a bummer to see how dirty the pool was.

Everything was excellent.

Clean rooms and good mattress. Full kitchen was great too. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Hearing folks walking on floor above us. Breakfast was not good.
