The room was comfortable and there was the opportunity for dinner, at the bar, instead of leaving the site. The lobby was quiet and the staff helpful. We requested an ADA room; called the day before to make sure it was available and there was some confusion, which eventually was resolved. King bed with sofa couch; we had to make the bed on the sofa couch (why? they knew we were going to use it.) And why is an ADA room at the end of a long hallway? Some handicapped people might find it hard to walk that far.

The staff was not very helpful. I initially got a complementary water bottle when checking in, I stayed for 3 nights and requested a water bottle the staff said that I had to pay for it. I had a lot of issues because I requested clean sheets and they ignored my request. It took more that 5 visits to the lobby to resolve this matter. It was very frustrating to say the least.

My only peeve (and it's a small one) is the room floor was a little sticky. Likely mopped with a cleaner and not rinsed. But, again, not a serious problem.
