The hotel is clean and the staff was very helpul. This is a basic room. Zero frills, but for the price it is a good place to stay. Unfortunately, I did see long hairs stuck to the shower walls and some light blood splatter near the bathroom door jam. Kinda gross. But, I stayed just one night and the hotel did its job. It is a gated area so I felt pretty safe.

The room was great right near where I needed to be for an appointment.

If you want a genuine review read this. Its not bad but its not good the price of it was decent but when i tell you they are stingy and greedy with early check in. They wanted me to pay 25 dollars for a early check in which was 20 min from the check in time at 3:00 pm. The room was not that bad it was comfortable house keeping is good. But sometimes they let in a bunch of weird people. At checkout time I got attacked by 2 dogs and i told him to control his dogs or ill hurt them and the owner started swearing and yapping about how someone was in the ceiling playing games which i found really weird. Some of the people there are weird and some are normal so you never know whos what. On top of that they've just raised their prices by like 40 dollars. I wouldn't stay there again unless they go back to like 55 USD a night cause that's actually how much its worth. Wouldnt stay there again,

Always a decent place to stay when visiting my daughter at Sac state.

Flew in to attend my daughter's wedding, so was hoping that every aspect of my stay would be pleasant and memorable. And it was for the most part. Red-eye flight into SAC arrived much earlier due to flight change so I was hoping to check in to my room earlier and was told I could for a $25 fee. Instead, I chose to pass the time at a park. Room #202 was clean and smelled fine. Had clean linens and towels. Had a small refrigerator and decent size screen tv. Didn't have an iron, which I could have used in preparation for the wedding. Cons: There were a few threatening looking dogs (I saw two coming our of a room) attended by persons who might have been there on an extended stay, not sure. In general, it was low key and quiet during the night. To any business owner I would say, Be fair and accommodating as possible. Take pride in what you do and make it the best you possibly can whatever it is. Then true success will follow.

The property is bare bones, but that’s what you expect when you pay such a low price! The room is clean.

This property is not well taken care. The pictures do not match the place.

It was a comfortable hotel

The property and room were very clean. Very affordable with easy check in and very quiet comfortable and safe hotel. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back to Sacramento.

Room was just ok We always bring our own toiletries but noticed the wall dispensers were empty and broken , the fridge was barely cold Ot was TOO BASIC!!
-
Never again

If the room states NONSMOKING, please make sure the room does not have any strong smell of smoke. When I entered the King bed size room - that is nonsmoking, the room smell was very unpleasant and I had to keep windows and door open. My clothes smelled like smoke after staying in over night. The fire alarm was also not present.
-
Also, the mini fridge was really small and did not freeze at all and barely my water cold.

The front looks like they are closed due to the MASSIVE gate system they have up. I had to drive by it 2 times then I finally noticed that is the Hotel I booked. Outside, poor condition due to the Gate coming in, inside good condition, clean and nice inside. That night around Midnight, a car was blowing their horn for awhile waiting for someone to open that gate, that woke me up for awhile. The room still needs work, i.e. Air Conditioner, I had to use a chair to turn on and set up it up. No reachable controls.

I would recommend ,well maintained

So helpful and accommodating.

Kind of felt like pulling into a prison yard with the solid gate at the entry. We got an ADA room because we needed to check in early and it was the only one ready. There was no closet, or anywhere to hang clothes, no dresser to put clothes in, ice bucket but no cups provided, or complimentary coffee. No blow dryer for anyone who needs to dry their hair, so if you're someone who does that don't book here, or pack your own! Honestly, motel 6 is a better place than this, especially for the price and lack of ammenities.
