Staff was wonderful Facility ok. Breakfast need to be up grade not my liking.

Overall the stay was pretty good. Room was clean and looked just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, tv didn't have the most channels but it had enough. Wifi was really slow. Good thing we had good enough service on our phone plan in the area so we didn't really need to worry about that too much. A/c worked great. Staff was good. Only thing was the elevator didn't work, so having a room on the 3rd floor and having to walk several times up and down can get tiring. I wish I was informed of this before making my reservation. And there's a $40 deposit that you have to pay on top of the stay. It's refundable as long as nothing is broken which is understandable but was kind of a surprise since I don't really stay at hotels much. Breakfast was good also. Pool is a little small but it's still a decent one. Overall 9/10.

They failed to get extra pillows for my room. The third time I had to ask I waited and took them myself. The a/c front fell off. No phone to call front desk. The worst part was NO HOT WATER for our entire stay. I shower daily! Worst stay ever!

I wanted to share some concerns regarding our recent stay. It appeared that the room may have been remodeled or worked on just before we arrived, as there was dust all over the counters and throughout the bathroom. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom itself was not properly cleaned, including the toilet and bathtub. Additionally, even the cups provided for coffee were dirty. After bringing this to the staff’s attention, I expected the room would be properly cleaned before our second night. Unfortunately, when we returned, everything remained the same and had not been cleaned. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it did not meet the level of cleanliness we expected. It has potential by nothing was resolved, Thank you. Thats its being remodel just not ready to stay

Mmm kinda ghetto when we checked in was given a key to an occupied room, was attacked by a dog when we entered. The continental breakfast was limited as they didnt have much. The bathroom was dirty, curtains where falling, mold on bathroom ceiling.

Comfy fair price and good location No pool they are remodeling..wasn’t expecting the pool to be closed, the breakfast lacks not many options.. they only had coffee to drink. My room had no coffee machine like I was told it would. The water was shut off with no notice and there was no hot water in my room… and maybe just by accident there was a dirty rag on the floor when I walked in everything else looked clean

Afternoon staff was not good. Breakfast was nothing but milk and waffle maker.

We didn’t receive the room we reserved and a guests had to sleep on the floor.

We did not have the best experience. Our room had roaches, in the bathroom and 2 found crawling on our bed. We had family stay at the hotel & were unable to visit them upstairs as much as we wanted to as your elevators were down our entire stay & I’m 30 weeks pregnant. We had to help them bring up their suitcases through the stairs. I was not pleased with our stay what so ever. The AC was not functioning properly, and we were also woken up by the loud noises coming from the gym and areas they were working on, as our room was right next to there, which also included 2 of my smaller children. We have stayed here before twice and this experience was very different. This was just unacceptable.

There was nothing good about this property. It was a mess feels on the window were nonexistent. The water came to the room overnight during the storm. The staff was not helpful. The manager is not helpful. The accommodations were horrible, and I would never recommend someone to stay here. After trying to discuss all the problems that happened during my son’s stay the manager agreed to send a refund request back to Booking.com for this stay but never did and now the manager has blocked my phone number and won’t return my calls.
