The staff was wonderful, very nice and accommodating. We did a double room villa with having 5 kids and it was very comfortable with everything we needed. And we loved the pools and lazy river. Great little trip! I would have booked a 3rd night if I could have.

Nice and spacious apartments that has everything you need for a pleasant and laid back stay. Great pool area with slides and the lazy river was fun too. Not crowded at all, always possible to find a place to sit. Staff was friendly and there were plenty of activities. There is only one on site dining option and it was not that good and a bit overpriced.

First class experience. Will be returning.

Beautiful The room was expensive for quality and no decent restaurant on site

Absolutely lovely! Really feels like a HOME except better. This is our second family trip here and we plan to make it a yearly visit going forward.

Great room, great staff, plenty to do.

Beautiful property, well maintained, friendly staff. Only thing I’d suggest is make sure you have food for morning or evening bc the restaurant / bar isn’t open for business too early or late. Still, wonderful property and stay.

We stayed here because our son was graduating from Basic Training at Lackland. It was a convenient location from the base. Staff were very helpful with any need. We enjoyed the pools and grounds. My only complaint was not getting to stay longer. We would definitely come back.

Its a quite beautiful place to be.
-
The only issue my family had is that the water in the room never really got hot. Also the pool does not have lifeguards on staff and the pool staff tended to snap at children a lot for minor things.
-
Everything was amazing the rooms The pools the lazy river was fun The only thing didnt like is that you couldnt use cash to buy things i usually carry cash for things like buying snacks for the kids
-
We live local and this was a really nice weekend get away. We will go back.
-
Also parking was very crowded that was probably my only issue had to park further since parking was full.
