They try to help you with every aspect of your stay. Love the complimentary mini fridge so you can have cold drinks.

Beautifully appointed and a great location right on the river walk. I didn’t use the spa services but I peeked in and it was clean and had a luxury look. The bathtub in the room was so nice to have. They will even draw the bath for you! There is nothing I didn’t like.

Clean Super nice staff and service Very nice room wow! I couldn’t get out to the street as I was alone and it felt very uncomfortable!

Perfect location on the River. Quiet, yet walkable to all of the restaurants. Beautiful spa with separate men and women lounges. Joint relaxation room. Wonderful exercise gym. We didn’t get a balcony opening to the River due to cost. But we did have a balcony for fresh air and sat on the women’s spa balcony overlooking the River!

Great resort. Location on the riverwalk with rooftop pool and great service. Would stay here again next time I visit San Antonio. Room was spacious and clean. Staff went out of the way to get to know us and be helpful!
