Great locations and facilities a bit noisy room in the nights, as we were close to the street
-
It's located right on the walking street in the center of town, and quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. They don't use any plastic throwaways. American style breakfast has limited choices.

It was quiet and the breakfast The room was kinda small

The hotel has flawless aesthetics. incredibly tastefully decorated. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff was friendly. Every morning's breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant was excellent. The room was missing essentials like basic toiletries and hair dryer. The one I was given was very old and missing parts that ended up burning my hair. The staff at the front desk was cordial, but unattentive. They kept mostly to their phones. We stayed in a room that was split between two floors. The only TV available was upstairs which was inaccessible to my elderly mother who could not climb the stairs. The upstairs room was very dark even with the lamps and had no place to store clothes or hang them.

The breakfast was delicious. It is an "American" breakfast, meaning eggs, frijoles, pan, delicious butter and jam, fruit or juice and coffee (no free refills). I did not like the lack of direct sunlight in the room. Besides my french doors to the enclosed terrace, there was no light. This was something I did not know in advance.

Parking a little far, but the people helps you so it is ok

Thought we were getting queen size beds but were full size beds, we're taller but it was doable, some broken tile in the shower and a slight stingy smell in the room. They won't replace your towels unless you ask.

Quiet, great location, good service, beautiful architecture and interiors, sustainable philosophy.

A beautiful hotel in a restored home, centrally located, with interior gardens, amazing staff and delicious food. Tye standard rooms are a bit on the small size but there is comfortable seating in the commons areas.
-
A beautifully restored home with a lovely garden in the center. The restaurant areas areas are wonderful as well. Amazing staff! The standard rooms were a bit on the small size but the common outdoor seating spaces allowed for additional relaxed seating.

I was most taken by the interior design, tastefully and innovatively incorporating local textile crafts in its decorative scheme. This is an exceptionally beautiful little hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our arrangements. Super useful to have an English speaker among them! A slightly noisy location. Very central, though.

I think the staff could have been better with adjusting with English speaking customers & a bit more politer. Further, our room was on the group and right in front of it there was a dinner + DJ that went on till 9.30/10 which was not appreciated.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and tasteful interiors. Locally woven fabrics and artefacts incorporated in the interior design to great effect. Atmospheric lighting. Attention to detail. Cannot fault this lovely little hotel.

Great location, charming place. Staff is super kind but not actívely helpful. Examples: on my day 1 I asked if they knew where a couple of museums were located. They said they didn’t laughed and didn’t offer further help. On day 2 I had booked an excursión with the hotel through WhatsApp starting at 8 am. Reception called me at my room 40 min before that saying my excursion had arrived. I recalled the recepcionist of the scheduled time, he asked a minute, must have verified that info was through but did not come back to me with clear info of next steps, I had to make my decision and talk directly to the driver of that excursión. Breakfast is very limited and THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA EVEN FOR S SECOND CUP OF BLACK COFFEE (besides a portion of scrambled egos with ONE MORE EGG). So greedy.

Perfect location and very central Some of the staff kept asking for tips which we didnt like

Good location in the old town. Private parking one block away (someone from the reception has to walk with you to open the gate). We had a room in the little courtyard, it was very quiet. Morning coffee delivered to the room was a very nice feature! Okay breakfast (also possible to order extra things from the menu). Nothing really
