The sweetness of the staff is the number one highlight of this hotel. Then the rooftop with incredible views of Sancris and the location that is unbeatable Thin walls which made it uncomfortable and awkward one night where all the hotel could hear what was going on in one room at 3AM. Also, the carpet in a hotel room with not much exposure to the sun and in a town with a lot of humidity: my allergies and asthma attacks kicked off and I was sick after I came back for 2 weeks. Lastly, it is a bit of an issue not to be able to get even a soup at night in the hotel as the restaurant only offers breakfast and closes after that.

Breakfast was included but was a v light breakfast , I would not call it breakfast included It location , staff are v good My window didn’t not open and the window looked right on to the restaurant. Y room was hot and stuffy because no window to get fresh air in Restaurant staff not so friendly and good at offering me a little more coffee.

Lots of space y charm. Room was a little cold. We got a space heater and that helped but still cool.

This is a beautiful hotel with lots of lovely space and details. I would recommend you book it where breakfast is included. The toilets are very low.

Location was great , close to everything. Lots of restaurants, and even though there was a lot of work been done in the area , it was a very nice visit The room was very small , very small bathroom, small bed Not very comfortable and not very good insulation, I could hear the people in the next room talking. The people in the garden etc

Pousada Real de Chiapas is a beautiful colonial structure with beautiful art in the dining room, halls and the rooms. There is a lovely interior courtyard with the dining room and a lovely sitting area with a fountain. A ample Breakfast was included and served. The coffee was excellent. The rooms on the street were dark because of the wooden shutters. Of course it is a very old building and the shutters are authentic so We adjusted.

We had a room on the street and during the evening, there is a music concert in the bar exactely face to the room. Even if the music was good, it was at a very highlevel and empeach us to sleep until 3:00 PM. We needed to ask the owner of the hotel to go.
