The property is beautiful. The owners Tim and Javi are so kind and gracious and really go the extra mile to make sure all of your needs are met. They go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This is our second visit and we brought 12 friends who also loved it.

The accommodation is tucked away a short walk from the main area. We really appreciated how quiet and tranquil HV felt. Tim was super accommodating with all of our questions and needs. The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We missed out on meeting the sweet pup Valentino....but hopefully next time!! The pillows were a bit large and firm for us, but Tim had a couple of smaller ones brought to our room which was much appreciated!!

This was my 5th time in San Cristobal and I always stay in different hotels to try and to compare. This time I made conscious choice of selecting something on a side street and away from the hustle to enjoy peace. Another reason was this is one of very few hotels in SC with AC - and the first one for me that didn’t smell of dump and mold inside! The room was spacious, bright and modern. I kept balcony door open as much as possible to breath fresh air and listen to birds singing. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The room was very clean, bedsheets and towels white and crispy clean. We had welcome fruit and drinking water in the room waiting for us. Our breakfast was included and very tasty. Service always polite, professional and available to help. I wish we stayed longer to try more of their restaurant offerings!

We very much liked the location, the food and the room. Great kingsize bed and modern facilities. Staff and owners also very, very friendly. Ask them to book a tour or taxi the airport, it's cheaper than online and reliable. Make sure to try the sandwich/ciabatta with toppings to your liking, it is delicious. Also try the cocktail of the house, it's spicy and sweet, but also very refreshing. We would definitely stay here again. Keep up to good work and thanks!

The staff and owners could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. They place customers first and treated us brilliantly. The room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. The food was really great. The wine and chocolate covered strawberries together with rose petals was a really lovely addition to celebrate special birthday and anniversary.
