Amazing

It was a short stay for my family as we prepared for my daughter’s graduation. Close to UCSD, clean, in a good location, parking was good and friendly staff. One of my rooms wasn’t ready and they comped my parking for the delay.

The only downside was related to booking through Expedia. Even though we’re Hilton Diamond members, we weren’t eligible for any Diamond benefits because we booked through a third-party site rather than directly with the hotel. It almost felt like a penalty for using Expedia. Other than that, we had a great experience. The hotel is a little older, but it’s very clean, well maintained, and surprisingly quiet. We stayed for five nights and slept well every single night. Parking costs $28 per night, which feels a bit pricey, but I guess that’s just California pricing. Overall, we’d happily stay here again.

Staff could not have been more helpful.

The room service from housekeeping was horrible. I had hair left over on the shower floor when I checked in on Monday, I brought it to their attention on Tuesday and Wednesday, it was still there on the floor. The housekeeping dont clean well. Also the parking is horrible, I had to park 1/3 block away on the 3rd floor and haul my luggage to the hotel. Very limited parking.

Amazing room. Clean and spacious! Great front desk service!

Staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet we were charged full price and no eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage. They apologized and were very nice but I paid $15 a person for us to make our own waffle and bagel. The hot tub was cold, and the parking was terrible for $28 a night.

Pool area is beautiful! Kennedy was amazing at keeping it so clean! Great lobby, clean facilities! The happy hour is great too!

Location was perfect for the UCSD graduation. Parking fees were a bit high for overnight parking.

Parking after 9pm is bad.

Hotel looks brand new. There is a nice swimming pool to use. The staff are very courteous and responsive. We would return to this hotel but ask for rooms not near "loud" customers..... We unfortunately were next to a family who were obnoxious and loud. They were screaming at their kids to stay awake. They (the husband and wife) pounded on the walls. They woke up the next morning at 7:30 with the father screaming "WAKE UP WAKE UP" and pounding on the walls. Front desk was called and security came up. We changed rooms, better, but the customer across the hallway had to be confronted by security to "Calm Down" at 4-5 am. She threw a cookie at our door. Boy, it's not the hotel's fault but two loud customers.....at two different rooms. Make you wonder.....

reception staff management, that left new staff at the front desk to deal with management or hotel problem. we reserved a 2 room suite, upon arrival got one room, for 3 adults. No notification and terrible resolution...minor discount and free parking.
