Great location and room size.

The beds were uncomfortable, broken handles on the door and outdated for furniture and appliances. We always look for a Homewood, but this location is not a good value.

Absolutely loved our stay! Breakfast was perfect, coffee was strong, staff was attentive...no complaints at all.

Clean, quite, and great service

Plug in kitchen dead. Couldn’t make coffee. Lamp in living room dead. Tv remote needs replaced. Shower drains slow where it’s half full in 5 minutes. Sausage and scrambled eggs were worst I’ve had in years.

Room was comfy and breakfast was great.

We stayed on the first floor and the hallway smelled was so bad. It was as though guests had urinated throughout the hallway. The staff couldn’t do anything and were aware of the issue. They could not offer me other rooms because they were all sold out. I wished they would have called me ahead of time to let me know there was a maintenance issue and I would have tried to find another place to stay. Instead we had to deal the entire weekend with the horrible smell by putting towels on the bottom of the floor opening but the smell was even coming through the ventilation. We had to be out of the hotel as much as possible to avoid the smell and couldn’t even enjoy the pool or other amenities.

The room itself was nothing fancy, but clean. We got the two bedroom suite, which is perfect for my large family. The only complaint was that the bedroom doors had no lock. My main complaint with this hotel is the breakfast. The eggs were fake and cold. The coffee was literally undrinkable. It was like burnt mud! I would rather have free parking than the free breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciated that. I would stay again since it is one of the few hotels with a two bedroom suite.

I stay here every three months to see a medical specialist, I have stayed with both my family and by myself. I always pick this hotel because it is clean, the staff is very nice, and it's in a very clean and safe neighborhood. There is a pool for the kids, but with the windows closed in the room you don't hear much noise at all and it is very quiet at night. The breakfast is a typical hotel buffet style quality but they do have a lot of options and it's free! And the suites do have a full kitchen for extended stays. I do wish they had magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms though, how's a girl supposed to do her make up? That's probably my only complaint.

Great place for a four night stay. Close to everything in northern San Diego. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and easy to start the day with.

The property is well located and very comfortable! Breakfast is plentiful and delicious and the pool/patio area is beautiful and serene. What we like most about this property is the staff (front desk, breakfast, maintenance, etc) are all warm, personable, professional, and responsive - ESPECIALLY BRYANNA AND ISAIAH at the front desk. THEY make this a five star experience by going out of their way to exceed expectations!! That we couldn’t stay longer!

Comfort, location, breakfast Price

The breakfast was fine, but this property is definitely in need of some updates. Perhaps they could also get some hdmi connections to make the space more modern.

Big room was nice. The hallway smelled like dog pee. Expedia says check in at 3 and out at noon. Hotel stated that was wrong.

AC was not working. Got moved to a different room which was a lot small but no discount or anything. Smaller AC had a working AC but not very good as it never got below 76 and it was super loud. Then got charged $15 for no explained reason.

Staff were very kind and helpful, and it was nice having breakfast each morning. But almost all of the outlets in our room didn’t work, so we had zero working plug-in lamps, and one TV didn’t work. Luckily the few installed ceiling lamps worked. Had to try about 10 outlets to finally find one that worked to charge electronics. There were also quite a few stains on the carpets in our room.

The rooms, location, and breakfast were amazing. I was not aware that I had to pay a $125 refundable deposit and $150 for two cars to park in the parking lot Parking fees of $125 for two car's seemed like a lot
