It was nice room was clean very family friendly

We’ve stayed here for over 10+ years. Still an amazing choice for us. Please work on the landscaping. It used to look more lush.

Clean room, but bathroom/toilet area in specific was tiny, as it’s in between two walls next to shower. We had a garden view. The property itself was ok, definitely could use a little more TLC and improvements. Has potential to be a 4 star property but it’s more like a 2.5-3 stars.

This resort is amazing from the amazing staff to the comfortable rooms. The beach and restaurants on site are incredible. I will book here again.

That said, for the price, I expected a bit more. Complimentary breakfast would have been a nice addition considering the resort fees and overall cost of the stay. The bathroom in our room felt small and could use some updating. We also found the food options on the property to be quite expensive for the quality and portions offered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the scenery was wonderful, but there were enough drawbacks that it didn’t quite feel like a great value for the money. We’d consider returning, but only if we found a good rate.

Very beautiful and family friendly vacation spot!

We had a fun, relaxing family vacation. The resort had so many great amenities that we all could enjoy! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the location of the resort conveniently located right on the bay but also easy to access some of our favorite spots around San Diego.

Great Stay. Honest opinion from an Omaha Nebraskan Family.

The view from our Bayside room was very nice. The room had avery nice patio with grass and bayside sand and water entry. I would highly recommend this resort. Th staff was very responsive any request. We had a problem with hot water in our shower which was quickly analyzed and solved within an afternoon.

We enjoyed our stay but we noticed the rooms are very dated but clean. We could not enjoy our patio because the patio furniture was filthy. You get charged a $49 parking fee and a $49 resort fee on top of the room charge. Beware. The staff were wonderful and the five pools make it enjoyable.

We loved it here
-
It's our third time at the resort. We absolutely love everything about it and how it feels like a home away from home!!
-
All the staff were super friendly Some minor fixes on the pool.
-
You can actually stay and enjoy all the amenities without ever leaving!
-
Dirty and smell
-
My Granddaughter love the different kinds of birds and the beaches!

I will not go back the next time I go to San Diego.

Very good

The grounds are pretty and maintained well. Location was close to many attractions and the highway. The room had A/C so loud we had to turn it off at night to sleep. Walls are thin, you can hear full conversations from your neighbors. Patio lacks privacy wall or fence so be prepared to share with strangers.

Glad I stayed/visited but would not go back. Hotel was not clean enough for my liking. Felt dirty and even after the rooms were cleaned it was still dirty (and stained).
