Room 1408. Beautiful room; immaculately clean. Shower water pressure was awesome. Coffee and tea available in roof top Club Room. Front desk staff were wonderful; maintenance staff were pleasantly friendly when passing in the elevator. Live music in the evening. No breakfast option.

Great location, spacious high floor updated room (club level) and super comfy bed and pillows (the pillow was probably one of the best i've had at a hotel)! in-room K-cup machine was very handy in the morning. access to the clubhouse on top floor with coffee/tea and rooftop seating areas were a plus. Staff were nice and courteous. price was decent for the type of room and the location. will stay again! room cleaning is only once every three days unless you specifically request it. mistakenly got charged for parking although i didnt have a car, noticed it on the bill but was taken care right away, so no big deal.

This was our third stay at Club Donnatello and we hope to be back next year, although comments below may change our mind. I remember there was a bar before so the lack of one and no dining facilities were a dissapoiintment. The rate for the valet parking is far too expensive. We had a Crysler Pacico and that was classed as extra large, I could accept this clasification for a big SUV like a Ford Expedition as we had last year. This might take us away from Donnello next year if its not rectified. Sorry to say this because otherwise we really like the hotel.

It’s cozy and yet spacy. Perfect Location. Club floor is nice for free tea coffee. The staff is wonderful; everyone on the lobby floor is perfect, so helpful. Everytime i come back to this hotel..
