I don’t know where to begin there’s homeless people outside the front entrance all day, the room is maybe 12by12 has no toilet but has a sink that has brown water come out each time you use it. you can’t adjust the temperature in the room there’s stains all over the comforter. It’s really just a run down motel in a bad area It’s a dirty, gross and unkept motel

Horrible experience I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The office/ lobby smell like curry so bad, the rooms not even clean at all. Sharing bathroom & shower with other guess. The bed is harder then a rock when u lay on it.

The rates are very expensives, is located in a street full of homeless, the hotel have not parking and have to pay $40 dlls extra per night.

the room was clean...but the elevator does NOT go to the first floor! Anyone with luggage has ALOT of stairs to climb BEFORE the elevator starts.

The hotel is in a very rough area of downtown San Francisco. Very noisy homeless and others hanging out in front of the hotel. The inside of hotel smelled of urine but was not sure. Elevator not available without staff. Stairway rails are not secure.
