This property is a great value. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Water pressure and hot water are good. I do wish daily maid service was available. I spilled something in bed and was told they only clean the rooms every other day.

Only thing that was a con was the parking situation but everything else was pleasant.

The closets were huge. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is a little run down, but not terrible. There's only a mini fridge in the room. Over all the hotel is a great base to your San Francisco trip.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s. 15 minute walk to Union Square, a few minutes from a cable car line.

Regarding the hotel, it was clean and tidy. Our room was cozy and had nice views of the city. The staff are always on it with ensuring they maintain the hotel well.

The property was good, we like the complimentary coffee and ice. The manager Anthony was exceptional, he help us with a room issue when we arrived. It was a good experience when the manager is considerate and helpful. It makes a huge difference compared to some other places we booked. Outside location.

The room was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and staff was friendly. I would bet you cannot find a better option at this price level in the city. The elevators and hallways are a bit worn, but this does not apply to the rooms, so for the price this is really a great option.
