Hotel Sunrise

My room has a cockroach when I asked to switch the room, the front desk guy was very rude and refused to switch my room. but instead of giving me a good customer service, he told me if I didn’t like it I can leave.

clean and no bugs Older building and reception behind bullet proof glass. Staff friendly and helpful

I loved the location of this hotel. Right in the mission. Easy to walk everywhere .‘I had a view of the street but surprisingly it was quiet. Window to fire escape was missing or broken but didn’t close.

This is a budget hotel. The room was basic but clean. Nice shower. Great location. Very steep stairs. I would stay again if on a budget as good value for money.

Im not sure but I think it might have bed bugs i came back with some bites on my back and side One of the Young man was hanging at the front door with his friend like a street security

My room (310) was above the alleyway, which was quite active (noisy AF) throughout the night on both nights of my visit. I understand that that’s part of the experience, and I could’ve closed the window but it was a bit warm during my stay and fresh air was necessary.

Perfect location closer to Bart station, mission St, everything. My new perfect option if I need a hotel

This is a budget hotel, bare bones. It was clean and in a great location for where we wanted to be. Just steps away from many resteraunts and entertainment venues. Cheap, clean, and no frills. The place is run down. For the price it is a good value. We did not spend much time in the hotel, so it worked well for us. It was clean, and all we needed.
