Stanford Court San Francisco

They greeted us at the door. Unfortunately the water was lukewarm even the refill station wasn’t that cold. The location was close to the pier’s.

When my daughter stays in San Francisco, she always stays at this Hotel. The staff is always so kind, the rooms are impeccably clean and the location is perfect!

Toilet sensor in the room was not working!

Fantastic location in the heart of San Francisco, just steps from the cable car and surrounded by great restaurants. It was also easy to reach both the Marina and Fisherman’s Wharf. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that made our stay even more special.

Room did not have a frig but a cooler that doesn’t keep anything cool. Will never stay there again!!!

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, quickest checkin ever Coffee is terrible - please get an espresso machine. Elevator is slow and suspicious.

- Bed was OK. - Everything was clean. - Deco was awful, non-sense - Room didn't have a wardrobe - USB plugs didn't work - In the gym, out of 3 Peloton bikes, none of them work (different problems with each). - Very slow elevators - Included breakfast was limited and didn't include buffet (at extra cost)

Elevators were shotty, valet service took over an hour to get car after checkout. I was also charged an extra $185 without explanation.

Great hotel for traveling and walking city!

Good location in a nice neighborhood at a discount price with great accomodations. It seemes like a much more expensive hotel than what I paid for. It would have been nice for the staff to give me a better explanation of what services and spaces they offer. Pretty much they just said here is the key, your room is on the fifth floor, and nothing else.

Comfortable bed Rude restaurant staff, ordered room service by phone -was advised 50 minutes for chips and chicken wings , thought it was a little long but also acknowledged they may have been busy. Went to collect after 50 minutes to the staff member saying oh I thought you had forgotten . I said it was just 50 minutes now , he said no I said 15 minutes. I replied back oh great now our chips are going to cold and soggy. Is there any reason you could t of been courteous and call the room as you had our number , instead of “ thinking I just forgot” which I didn’t. He just chuckled . The food was terrible, cold soggy chips and cold chicken wings . ( we had requested meatballs which were in the menu and was told they are no longer served ) bite to hotel- maybe remove old items from menu if no longer offering . $64.00 food in the bin .not happy.

We arrived at the hotel late at night and getting our hotel room was easy. The front desk attendant was extremely helpful and gave us a map of things to do in San Francisco. He really made us feel welcome and made sure we had enough water for our room.
