We love the experiences! The staff was amazing and very open to moving us when we did not like the rooms we were assigned. I don’t like to be complicated when I travel but I do value a clean room. This hotel needs a major renovation.

The room was clean and staff was great like that the bar was downstairs and can take drinks and food to the room.
-
The bathroom was very outdated. Broken sink and dirty upon check in. Entering the building was a hassle.

El personal de recepcion es muy desagradable, no tienen ningún interés en colaborar ni ayudar al huésped

Its old and not well maintained

Very much would stay again.

Great location in the heart of the financial district. Dated rooms with knobs and other fixtures loose or broken, AC didn't work, bed was uncomfortable, no additional amenities in the room, walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talk. Definitely not worth the high prices they charge. The restaurant on the property is very good.

The hotel is old but so nice and the staff including housekeeping were just amazing. Would stay here again.

There were several unexpected issues, including hidden parking fees and vending machines that placed a $15 authorization hold for each individual purchase. Check-in was delayed, and the rooms were very small. Even more concerning, there was little to no air circulation in any of the five rooms our family rented for a wedding. There was also no air conditioning. When maintenance came to inspect the issue, we were simply told, “This is all you’re going to get.” Customer service also left much to be desired, as several interactions felt unwelcoming and as though guests were an inconvenience. The one major positive was the hotel’s location, which was extremely convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, our stay was just okay, but it was definitely a learning experience. I hope management addresses these issues to improve future guests’ experiences.

Great location, low rates, close to several locations.

The room looked nice in the photos, but unfortunately the reality was disappointing. The bathroom door would not close properly, the floor was damp and dirty, and the furniture was old and worn out. The hotel did not meet my expectations based on the pictures online. I hope the management will improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.
-
Pretty solid experience. Bathroom is smaller than other hotels I've stayed at but the room itself was nice for what I've paid. Wish the air conditioner was better but it's a product of the time the building was built

While a clean hotel, the room was dated, the room had just one outlet on one side of the bed, nothing on the other in the way of night stand/light/or outlet. Rooms are small as was the bathroom; walls are paper thin. Staff a front desk were kind and helpful.
-
The room was as pictured, clean with the essentials. The only downside is their air conditioning, it doesn’t do much so if you’re a hot sleeper it might be rough. We kept the windows open which helped.
-
Close walking distance to Giants baseball stadium. Excellent control of temperature in the room. Comfortable beds

Helpful staff

The rooms need desperate maintenance. Simply re-caulking the crown molding in the rooms would make a huge difference. The bathroom looked upgraded. The front desk area are nice. Self parking is awesome. You actually leave your car and keys with valet. It is expensive but worth it.

Carpet need to clean or wash and parking is very conjusted
